Excellent battery, just like the original brand including the IC chip to set the identity of the battery and communicate with the camera for the power remaining. Company called me to follow up on my purchase, what a nice surprise. They actually were interested in my business. How refreshing.

Not Compatible With My 5DMk3 (but great customer service)

I'm not giving 1 star, just in case it was just my 5DMk3 that isn't compatible.Had high hopes for a non-OEM battery as I've used them (different brand) before in my 40D. Unfortunately this battery is not compatible with my 5DMk3. Here are some issues I had...Fully charged;1. It won't restart from sleep.2. Turn off with switch and turn back on camera gives a blinking battery indicator.3. Blinking battery indicator when waking from sleep.Remove and reinsert the battery, the battery will indicate fully charged.Fortunately the seller "Amazing Deals Online" offered exceptional customer service. They called a few days after receiving the battery asking how my purchase was. Then after I left a review (and started the return process), they called again to get more information about the issues I was having. They offered to send me a replacement and refund my money. Unfortunately, the 2nd battery had the same issues. I will purchase from them again if I need to.

Works on Canon 60D

This battery was recognized in my Canon 60D. It worked well. I didn't keep extremely detailed records but I did use it for about 3 days on vacation before a recharge. It was approximately the same as the factory Canon battery which I also used for 3 days before I switched to the Photive brand battery. Neither battery was drained all the way down. I'm satisfied with this battery.
