A lot of stuff comes in this package but all of it is mediocre based upon my experience. I am a designer for a plant wholesaler and have to photograph plants occasionally. The photography requirements aren't at a professional level and are primarily done outdoors. I figured this set would work fine for such basic use considering other people in the company use high-end point and shoot cameras, but not DSLRs.My Camera: Canon T1i w/ 18mm-55mm lensExperience: Basic / AmateurOverview:1) The hood: It comes off pretty easily and never feels very secure. When fully zoomed out and looking through the viewfinder you will see some of the hood's silhouette along the edges, this is normal with hoods.2) Macro filters: Comes with a small pouch. The glass on the +10 is loose and rattles a little bit. The magnification is good, for the price, especially when combining a few macro filters together. The +1 and +2 by themselves are practically useless. Distance severely affects focus.3) Telephoto Lens: It does a decent job zooming in and at first I thought it was great for zooming in on plants I couldn't get close to, however, once my photos were on my computer I noticed a lot of image and color distortion towards the edges. Only a circular area about the size of the outer AF points looks fine. The image progressively gets worse towards the edges. The image quality is noticeably lower with this attachment, which has ruined the thought of just cropping & expanding the image in many cases. You will definitely notice a barrel silhouette if fully zoomed out similar to a James Bond movie intro. Comes with covers to protect the glass for storage. The covers are easy to remove on the fly.4) Wide/Macro Lens: I haven't use this much but did like what I experienced for the most part with the macro and wide angle. It does seem to lower quality slightly like the other lens, but it does a decent job getting a closeup shot you might normally get. You cannot combine the macro filters with this lens. Distance effects focus much less so than the filters, but I always kept the wide-angle lens attached to the macro (They are 2 separate parts which is pretty cool). Comes with the same covers as the telephoto lens for when not in use.5) Other: The star filter seems interesting but hasn't produced any defined stars and instead gives the shot a rainbow-ish hue. This could be interesting for artist shots and might be a fun toy, but chances are the novelty will run out quick. The microfiber cloth is thin and exactly what I expected.Conclusion:$50~ is a good price for everything, but even at this price I'm left wondering if I should have held off and purchased something better. Keep in mind I do care about quality and want to produce good work. I am most disappointed at the amount of distortion from the telephoto lens. I am not a professional and paid only $100 for my 18mm-55mm lens, which is perfect by my standards. The loss in quality is noticeable when attaching one of the lens that come in the kit. I would not recommend the set for anyone who is planning to use this for high quality work in general, however, the macro filters do show promise for some nice macro shots for the price (Keep in mind Amazon has macro filters listed separately at a fraction of the price). I would recommend this set to anyone who might be experimenting with telephoto and macro lens, who might be trying to figure out what direction they might want to take, or those who use their DSRL for hobby.

"This kit is awsome, as soon as I received it I opened it and started taking test shots of my dog, but I want to test it outside. The pictures inside came out crisp and with beautiful colors. I highly recomend this lens kit for the canon EOS rebel and any other camera if you want great pictures. ***** five stars for DigitalGoja. First, I couldn't believe how quickly I received my shipment. I'm also very impressed with the quality of the lenses and actually of all the items. I immediately began using the lenses and filters and I am thrilled with the results. I am by no means a professional photographer so right now I'm reading books, using my camera and experimenting with different lenses and filters. This set is exactly what I needed and the price is MORE than fair - I highly recommend this kit.
