Easy to setup and use and the audio (recorded half-way back and along the side wall of an elementary school all purpose room) for my video was excellent. The shotgun mic was a vast improvement over the built-in Canon mic with great directional discrimination and selectivity. The seller (Mega West Enterprise Inc) actually delivered the product a day early kudos to them and Amazon!

For the price, this is very good value for money.The item was shipped very quickly, the product itself is good for basic needs. A good upgrade from on board microphone for any type of camera even if will produce a sorten amount of white noises in some cases.Better then some other more expensive one.

This is the first external mic i bought and it works just fine.. The position of the mic can be adjusted.. The length of wire is just perfect. No mess.. Windscreen is good but still you can hear wind if the wind is heavy.. I tried it with my EOS T3i and still produce hiss sound.. my suggestion is using Fiio to reduce the hiss sound.. After all, this is good product. I recommend it.
