Having just applied the screen protector I must say I am glad I spent the extra money for this one. I figured for an $800 camera body, why skimp when I can pay an extra $7 for one made in a first world country?That being said, it's the best screen protector I've ever applied. The dust removal contact sheets it comes with have just the right amount of tack to let you lift the edges of the screen up and remove dust form the bottom side. After about 20 minutes I was able to get it applied perfectly without any air bubbles or trapped dust. This stands in contrast to other screen protectors I've used where perfection was not attainable.I read one review complaining the film was very thin. This is not true from my experience at all. How thick of a screen protector do you normally use? I would say this one is standard weight if not heavier. Besides, with the articulating screen on this camera, you do not want an overly thick screen protector. I'd say the thickness is "just right." Sometimes if you order for a seller they might ship an incorrect but very similar item, unintentionally or otherwise. I can't help but wonder if this is what happened to the other reviewer who said it was too thin and felt cheap. If you want thick go with optical glass... as long as you are alright with always having the LCD screen facing outward.

I am very happy with this product. It fits the screen of my Canon Rebel T3i perfectly and was very easy to put on. We will see how long it lasts with the wear and tear of everyday use. However, for the price, I think this is a must have for anyone with the camera that wants to prolong the life of the screen.

This gives you what you need to protect two displays. It gives you a cleaner and a squeegee to apply it with. Nice touch. Somebody was thinking on this product. They give you everything you need to clean then properly apply the protection film. Complete instructions on how to do it right.
