Great for Aspiring Amatures and Digital Commandos

I bought this product because I needed a way to use my flash off camera without purchasing the expensive name brand accessories. I am very pleased so far with this product. Not only does it fire the flash off camera, but can also act as a remote shutter release. The units are considerably smaller than how they look online. They have a great range and perfect for those who want to move up from amateur but are daunted at the cost of the equipment.

RF WIRELESS REMOTE THAT REALLY WORKS!!

My Aputure Trigmaster has become a favorite with me for my On Location and Night Photography needs. Without my Trig remote system, I'd be lost, and would have missed a vast array of AWESOME and spontaneous shots. Using this remote trigger system has been wonderful for my photography. I now have two sets and will likely be getting more as I expand my off camera strobe ranges. This is one great system that works without fail and won't drain your wallet in the process. If I were to complain about anything at all, it would be the fact the main trigger must be mounted on the camera in order to release my flashes simultaneously. If you don't have a need to stand away from your camera to trigger your flashes, this is a VERY cost effective and easy system to own. I just put the batteries in the trigger and receivers, set the channel frequency, put a receiver to the side with a Vivitar Flash, and placed the trigger remote unit on my Canon T3i camera's hot shoe with the "trigger's" button and controls facing me. I turned everything on and pressed the shutter release. There were no problems then, and I've never had to do ANY camera adjustments. Right out of the box it worked, and it's still working GREAT!If you place a RECEIVER in the HOT SHOE and plug in the included C1 sync cord and set it to "camera," you can trigger your camera remotely. Not the flashes, but the camera itself. I've tested the distance to just below 60 feet, but I don't trust leaving my equipment that far away from me for any length time. I find the ability to walk away from determined non-cheerful clients with the remote hidden in my pocket quite useful. If you have a person that absolutely refuses to smile while you're standing behind the camera, and believes when you move away they will be safe and it's okay to smile freely, that's when - SNAP!! - GOTCHA!! gets to happen.Craig Benham - Photographic Adventures, Ltd., Photographer - Signing Off, Be Safe Out There.

works really well with my canon t3 camera i dont have to always be next to the camera wich alows me to take more pictures with me along side my family much easyer than useing the self timer thats built in the camera.helps when you have grand kids moveing around you take your pics when they are ready..
