The Polaroid PL108 shoe mount flash is a Fully Automatic, TTL digital flash with a Guide Number of 60-feet @ 35mm. This unit has a bounce flash head, red-eye reduction capabilities and a focus beam to assist in low light shooting conditions. With Auto Focus, TTL metering, automatic shutter speed settings, this flash allows photographer to spend less time with flash settings. It is powered by two AA batteries (not included). It also features a Tilt/Bounce head which provides Precise Light Control

Lights Up Great!

Amazing Quality. I needed something better than the internal flash which accompanies the Canon T3i. PL-108F Flash unit is really strong and doesn't drain T3i's battery either. Twilight and almost dark environments seem to not be a problem and the flash allows T3i to accurately auto-focus and images/video retain natural colors.

Didn't fit my Canon EOS 60D as stated it would

I'm sure this flash would be a pretty good little flash on the correct camera. it did state in the description that it would fit a Canon EOS 60D camera but in no way would it fit my camera without buying a separate mount to adapt them. So my problem isn't actually with the flash but with the description. I did return the flash and Amazon was wonderful with the return and very quick with a refund.

This flash was great for the price! it did a great job and works very well. easy to install on top of my canon rebel xs also. Well worth it! Especially considering the price of most flashes out there.
